L&J is a happy couple from Belgium. They will get married next May and they trusted me to be their photographer. They drove all the way from the way from the North of Belgium to Luxembourg in order to meet with me and at the same time we shot their engagement session. The weather was good and we decided to go for a walk in the Kirchberg district.

I wanted to shoot their engagement session in a modern area in order to contrast with the location of their wedding. Indeed they will get married in an ancient farm, outcast in the Belgium countryside. They both agree with my idea so I suggested that we go to the Philharmonie, the opera of Luxembourg located in the Kirchberg district. It is a great place for this kind of shooting because it is pretty quiet on Sundays: the fiancés are therefore more at ease with the photographer and I don’t have to worry about people walking in the background.
As you can see on the photos, L&J were finally very relaxed and we had a great time shooting their engagement session. The most important thing is to have fun and to get to know each other better. This way there will be no apprehension on the wedding day and we can enjoy it fully. I am now looking forward to documenting their wedding !
